- Reading "From Faith to Faith" daily devotional
- Reading "God's Daily Promises" daily devotional
- Reading "One Year Bible"
- Pray for anyone or anything other than my own self or desire
- At least 15 minutes of meditation every day
- Fast at least 1 day/month in mindfulness that people are worse off than me.

1/1/2007 (Happy New Year!)
It was loud, angry and depressing. I did a compassion visual meditation through it all. It died down and then I went to bed. New Year Resolutions include:
